Club Ukrainien de Montréal has announced the Annual General Meeting

Club Ukrainien de Montréal is a non-governmental organization established to promote intercultural exchange between Ukraine and Canada.

The announcement follows the presentation of the Ukrainian stand at the Salon du Livre de Montréal.

“An otherwise heartbreaking year 2022 ended with the founding of our Club — and at the same time, with our participation in the Salon du Livre de Montréal, Canada’s largest and most visible Francophone book fair. We presented books in French, Ukrainian, and English, and sold out before the last day of the event. It was moving to see how competitive the Ukrainian book is from the standpoint of content and publication design. On the administrative side of things, we are gearing up for our first Annual General Meeting (AGM), otherwise known as the first founders’ meeting, scheduled for March 31, 2023,” the organizers announced.
