Ranok Publishing House CEO named finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2026

Victor Kruglov, CEO of the Ranok Publishing House, has been selected as a finalist in the national round of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2026 competition.

In total, the shortlist includes ten entrepreneurs from various fields of the Ukrainian economy, including manufacturing, retail, the technology sector, and more. The list was released by the international professional services company EY, with participants chosen by an independent jury based on such criteria as leadership, innovation, impact on the industry, and the ability to grow a business amid challenges.

The organizers recognized the finalists for their entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, impact, and growth.

The competition consists of national and international stages. Participants are selected based on submitted applications. An independent jury conducts interviews, analyzes the information and determines the winners in the categories and the main winner – the EY Entrepreneur of the Year. To ensure objectivity, EY employees are not members of the jury committee. Participation in the program is free of charge.

The national winner will represent Ukraine at the international EY World Entrepreneur of the Year competition to be held in Monaco in May 2026.

“Being included on this list alongside people who build factories, networks, and tech companies personally confirms to me that our work is meaningful. Books, words, and education stand on equal footing with technology, industry, and retail. That’s the way it should be. I’m pleased that our work and Ukrainian books are recognized at this level. It’s an honor and a sign of respect for us, and a reminder that we should keep going,” Kruglov said.

EY Entrepreneur Of The Year is a unique global program that recognizes the achievements of entrepreneurs around the world. The program helps to unlock potential by supporting entrepreneurial activity and recognizing those entrepreneurs who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievements.
