«Оскар» коміксів Eisner Awards оголосив переможців

Відомі цьогорічні переможці премії індустрії коміксів імені Вілла Айснера – The Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards (скороч. Eisner Awards). Лауреатів премії оголосили під час фестивалю Comic-Con у Сан-Дієго.

Eisner Awards – найпрестижніша американська нагорода у сфері коміксів. Вперше премію вручили 1988 року, у відповідь на припинення премії Кірбі, яку вручали за досягнення в галузі індустрії коміксів. Премію Eisner Awards назвали на честь письменника та художника коміксів Вілла Айснера, який особисто брав участь у нагородженнях до самої смерті у 2005-му.

Комісія премії, що складається із 5 членів, висуває кандидатури на кожну із номінацій. Потім відбувається голосування серед професіоналів у сфері видання коміксів. Результати оголошують на щорічній конференції Comic-Con International у Сан-Дієго в липні або серпні.
