Russians damage 36 educational institutions in Kyiv region 

Russian troops have damaged 36 education facilities during shelling of the Kyiv region, former head of the Kyiv Oblast State Administration Oleksiy Kuleba wrote on Telegram. 

The largest number of facilities were damaged in Irpin: 8 schools, 13 kindergartens, 3 foster homes. 

• Nemishayevo – 2 secondary schools and 3 pre-schools  
• Dmytrivka – 1 secondary school and 2 foster homes
• Bucha – 2 secondary schools and 2 pre-schools

«We need to be extremely united and focused on one common goal – rebuilding and developing our hometowns that withstood the pressure of the occupiers», – added Kuleba. 

The russians also damaged the Writers’ Home in Irpin.

Since the start of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, 928 education institutions have suffered bombing and shelling, and 84 of them have been destroyed completely.
